
– a coordinator who will act as an intermediary between the various actions of the project, the various partners and the work team; – a legal expert and administrative practices who will provide information on residence permits, accompanying and referring guests to external legal support associations, supporting administrative procedures; – a balance sheet tutor of skills, work and housing inclusion who will dedicate himself to support for socio-economic and housing inclusion through an accurate synthesis of the abilities of the migrants who will come into contact with the project; – intercultural educators who will take care of the animation of the territorial network of public and private services promoted by the project: these figures will support, in collaboration with the local schools, the activation of an experimental action to support foreign students on various aspects of fragility in the cultural scholastic situation they find themselves living in; – cultural mediators who will be responsible for supporting the team and service officials in welcoming and orienting services for citizens of Third Countries who will turn to institutions; – an educator for social integration workshops who will set up workshops to promote interculturality and the social integration of migrants in collaboration with the services of the 6 municipalities of the Union. The workshops will deal with the musical, theatrical and cultural dimension in general (craftsmanship, gastronomy).
LEGAL SUPPORT
Legal guidance, administrative assistance and accompaniment to local services in terms of immigration, asylum, citizenship.
WORK SUPPORT
Two branches will be activated: the first will support foreign citizens in the search for a stable employment contract through personal interviews, drafting of curricula and balance of skills; the second will offer support in finding accommodation to help stem the housing emergency in which migrants find themselves.
SCHOOL SUPPORT
Scholastic support is developed in 3 directions:
1) the homework and didactic support service will focus on textual simplification, linguistic facilitation and educational support in carrying out tasks through practical / organizational interventions on the study method.
2) the support in the classroom for migrant children provides for an intercultural educator who intervenes both on the gaps of the minor and towards the immigrant family, teachers, school operators and the class.
3) laboratory activities related to interculturality will see the creation of workshops aimed at social inclusion and promoting intercultural issues.
